As a Mold Operator, you will be instrumental in ensuring our production machinery runs smoothly by maintaining and troubleshooting our core equipment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive mold maintenance.
* Execute mold setups and analyze primary operational issues within plastic injection machinery to conduct prompt repairs.
* Utilize computer systems for real-time production updates.

3. Maintenance Technician

* Operate and service plant machinery including injection machines, chillers, generators, compressors, and water pumps with high efficiency.

* Separate non-conforming (NG) products from approved (OK) outputs.
* Package finished goods according to established packing standards.
* Operate machinery to meet daily production schedules and output targets.
* Complete daily production reports accurately and punctually.
* Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and immediately report abnormalities to leaders or QC personnel.
* General Requirements:
* Minimum education: High School diploma (SMA / equivalent).
