## Management Trainee: Heavy Equipment Business Consultant
We are looking for high-potential individuals to join our Management Trainee program, specifically focused on the Heavy Equipment Business Consultant track. This role is designed to groom the next generation of industry experts who can effectively bridge our technical solutions with the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Requirements
Candidates who wish to be considered for this position must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Management, Economics, Business, Communication, Mining, Mechanical Engineering, Forestry, Agribusiness, or other relevant fields.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
