## Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring that we attract, evaluate, and onboard the best professionals to drive our business forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end hiring process, from candidate screening to final placement.
* Psychometric Assessment: Conducting and scoring psychological tests to ensure cultural and cognitive fit for prospective employees.
* Behavioral Interviewing: Utilizing Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques to assess candidate competencies and past performance.
* Reporting: Maintaining accurate daily recruitment reports to track KPIs and provide insights to management.
## Professional Qualifications
To excel in this position, we are looking for a professional who demonstrates both technical proficiency and a passion for people development. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Proven Experience: At least one year of professional experience within a recruitment function.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of psychological testing tools and interpretation.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work fully on-site (Full WFO) at our West Jakarta office.
