The facility utilizes state-of-the-art aseptic filling systems to specialize in the production of PET plastic bottles and high-capacity beverage filling services. To support our expanding operations, we are currently inviting dedicated professionals to apply for the position of Production Operator.
## Job Overview: Production Operator
We are seeking 12 highly motivated individuals to join our production team. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and precision of our manufacturing lines.
Core Responsibilities
* Machine Operation: Efficiently manage and operate production machinery, including blowing, mixing, and packaging systems.
* Resource Preparation: Manage raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) to ensure continuous production flow.
* Process Monitoring: Observe production lines in real-time to maintain operational consistency and quality standards.
* Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
* Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate production reports at the conclusion of every shift.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of experience as a production operator within the beverage manufacturing sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of PET bottling machinery is required.
* Professional Attributes: Candidates must demonstrate high levels of discipline, personal responsibility, and professional conduct.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on-site at our Ciawi facility in Bogor Regency.
