## Position Overview: IT Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Manager to oversee our information technology operations. The ideal candidate will provide vision and leadership to our technical team while ensuring that all IT functions align with our corporate governance and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership: Manage the department’s daily operations, providing strategic direction and maintaining excellence in execution.
* Budget Management: Oversee the annual IT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness across all technical initiatives.
* Systems Management: Coordinate all IT-related matters, including data management, cybersecurity, and the maintenance of hardware and software.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues related to network infrastructure, hardware, and software performance.
* Infrastructure Optimization: Monitor network performance, implement optimization procedures, and recommend the acquisition of new technologies.
* Vendor Relations: Cultivate long-term professional partnerships with external vendors to secure high-quality IT products and services.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual action plans that align with the company’s long-term IT roadmap.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:
1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: At least 4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations.
3. Leadership Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing teams of at least three individuals.
4. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale IT projects and roll out infrastructure across diverse technological environments.
5. Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems, cybersecurity, network administration, database management, and data storage solutions.
