## Open Positions and Requirements

1. Regional Management Specialist
* Responsibilities: Analyze growth, profitability, and market potential; develop business management strategies; monitor organic business development; and oversee regional performance reporting.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any major (Master’s preferred); 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
2. Regional Management Analyst
* Responsibilities: Gather essential data on market performance, support business development proposals, and maintain detailed documentation of regional operations.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any major; 2–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
3. Corporate Development Specialist
* Responsibilities: Prepare documents for inorganic growth initiatives, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and strategic partnerships; perform financial modeling and investment feasibility studies.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; 5+ years of experience in strategic planning or corporate actions.
4. Governance Analyst
* Responsibilities: Conduct policy analysis on corporate governance; benchmark GCG practices; support compliance management; and act as a liaison for external GCG assessments.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law; 2–3 years of experience in GCG, compliance, or corporate law.
5. Legal Analyst
* Responsibilities: Provide legal support, review cooperation contracts, manage legal databases, and mitigate risks across company business activities.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law; 3+ years of legal experience. CGRCP certification is a plus.
6. Administrative Staff
* Responsibilities: Manage meeting agendas, official documentation, correspondence, and operational support.
* Qualifications: Fresh graduates are welcome; background in Business Administration, Management, or Communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
7. HC and Organization Strategy Specialist
* Responsibilities: Formulate human capital policies; design organizational structures; analyze workforce productivity and manpower planning.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Management/HR/Industrial Engineering preferred); 5+ years of experience in HR or organizational management.
8. Risk Management Analyst
* Responsibilities: Implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM); conduct risk mapping and consolidation; monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRI); and foster a risk-aware culture.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 2–3 years of experience in risk management.
9. Sustainability & ESG Analyst
* Responsibilities: Support the development of ESG roadmaps; manage performance reporting; coordinate ESG initiatives across the group; and promote sustainability literacy.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 2–3 years of experience in sustainability or relevant fields.
10. IT Development and Operations Senior Manager
* Responsibilities: Lead IT system development and digital roadmaps; manage DevOps and SDLC; ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) stability; and lead IT project teams.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/Computer Science; 5+ years of managerial experience in IT operations or software development.
11. IT Security Specialist
* Responsibilities: Implement information security standards; monitor systems for threats; perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing; manage network and endpoint protection.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Cyber Security; 5+ years of experience in IT security; CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certifications are highly valued.
12. Application Development Specialist
* Responsibilities: Translate user requirements into Oracle EBS functional solutions; develop customizations (PL/SQL); manage data integration and API connectivity.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS; 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development and ERP business processes.
13. Head of TJSL (Social & Environmental Responsibility) Unit
* Responsibilities: Plan and evaluate TJSL programs; manage budgets; coordinate with stakeholders and subsidiaries to ensure ESG compliance and positive social impact.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in CSR/Sustainability, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
14. Key Account Management Coordinator
* Responsibilities: Develop strategic relationship management plans for key clients; ensure proactive service delivery; maintain long-term business partnerships.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years of experience in account management or a related leadership capacity.
