As a Livestream Operator, you will play a crucial role in executing seamless digital broadcasting events that connect our brand directly with millions of online consumers on platforms like Shopee and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor live broadcast sessions on major e-commerce platforms including Shopee and TikTok.
* Prepare, test, and troubleshoot all livestream equipment, technical setups, and staging environments prior to going live.
* Oversee the live broadcast flow and promptly resolve any minor technical difficulties that arise during the session.
* Coordinate the staging of products, promotional banners, and other operational assets required for each broadcast.
* Conduct post-broadcast evaluations, summarize performance metrics, and submit operational feedback reports.
Candidate Requirements:
* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
* Prior professional background in livestream operations, digital broadcasting, or e-commerce is considered a strong advantage.
* Well-versed in current livestreaming platforms, technical gear, and hardware configurations.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
