PT. Indoseiki Metalutama is currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill several key roles at their facility located in the Jatake Industrial Estate, Tangerang.
1. Manufacturing General Manager
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Management.
* Experience: At least 10–15 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing sector.
* Key Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities. Deep expertise in production management, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
2. Maintenance Manager
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing machine maintenance.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Ability to manage technical teams and execute comprehensive machine maintenance schedules with a focus on efficiency and targets.
3. Engineering Staff
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Key Skills: Mastery of technical drafting and CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks preferred). A solid understanding of production machine maintenance and process improvement.
4. IoT (Internet of Things) Staff
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Informatics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
* Key Skills: Understanding of IoT architecture, microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, etc.), and network systems. Ability to integrate sensors and develop monitoring systems. Prior project experience in IoT is a significant advantage.
5. Security Personnel
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Requirements: Prior security experience (certified security training is preferred). Must possess a proportional physical stature, high discipline, agility, and a strong sense of integrity. Must be willing to work in a shift system.
6. Inventory Audit Administrator
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Accounting or Management.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administration or inventory management is preferred.
* Key Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, or dedicated inventory management software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock reporting.
