Production and Operational Roles
1. Production Operator (Male)
* Education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Electrical, Automotive, or Mechatronics.
* Age: 18–35 years old.
* Key Requirements: Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting/carrying) and willingness to work in shift patterns.
2. Production Operator (Female)
* Education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Accounting, Computer Networking (TKJ), Office Administration, or SMA IPA.
* Age: 18–35 years old.
* Key Requirements: Proficiency in basic computer skills is highly preferred; must be physically capable of lifting/carrying and working shifts.
3. Operator NOC & CCTV
* Gender: Male.
* Education: SMK in Computer Networking (TKJ) or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in NOC, network monitoring, or CCTV surveillance.
* Age: 20–30 years old.
* Key Requirements: Must be prepared for shift work, overtime, and a 6-day work week (holidays may not align with public calendar dates).
4. Cleaning Operator

* Education: SMA/SMK.
