1. Tender Administrator (Placement: Batam, Kep. Riau)
The Tender Administrator plays a pivotal role in our business development cycle, ensuring that all submissions are accurate, compliant, and timely.
* Hold a Bachelor’s or Diploma III degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Possess at least one year of relevant experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of tender regulations, documentation, and the end-to-end procurement process.
* Exhibit exceptional analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
* Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of English proficiency.
2. Driver (Placement: Jakarta)
We are looking for a reliable and disciplined Driver to support our logistical operations within the Jabodetabek area.
* Minimum education level of Senior High School (SMA).
* Must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM).
* Extensive knowledge of the Jabodetabek area and its surrounding regions.
* Practical understanding of automotive maintenance and basic vehicle care.
* Strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to perform under pressure.
* Proven record of honesty and professionalism.
