## About the Management Trainee Program
Our Management Trainee Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within our organization. ## Candidate Requirements
To ensure our team continues to deliver the high-quality experience our customers expect, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Must hold a minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Tourism or Hospitality, or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred; however, high-potential fresh graduates are also strongly encouraged to apply.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm for male applicants and 160 cm for female applicants.
* Availability: Candidates must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
