## Position: Execution Import Document Staff
The Import Document Staff plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of international trade operations. This position requires a meticulous individual capable of managing complex documentation to ensure full compliance with customs regulations and internal corporate procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Documentation Management: Prepare, verify, and archive essential import documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.
* Compliance Oversight: Ensure all documentation aligns perfectly with international trade laws and Indonesian customs regulations.
* Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers to facilitate timely shipments and resolve bottlenecks.
* Tracking and Reporting: Monitor shipment statuses, maintain accurate logs for audits, and generate regular performance reports for management.
* Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and rectify documentation discrepancies that could impede the customs clearance process.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must demonstrate a strong professional foundation:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though candidates with at least two years of relevant experience will be given preference.
3. Technical Proficiency: A robust understanding of import procedures, customs regulations, and logistics documentation.
