1. GSE / Load Master
This role is essential for ensuring the safe loading and unloading of aircraft. You will manage ramp activities and guarantee that all cargo is handled according to strict safety regulations.
* Supervise ramp activities and verify the accurate placement of cargo based on the Loading Instruction Report (LIR).
* Ensure ULD locking mechanisms are secured correctly.
* Inspect cargo holds and door sills for safety compliance.
* Coordinate effectively with porters, GSE operators, and flight crews.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Valid GSE/BTT license for equipment operation.
* Strong knowledge of apron safety protocols.
* English proficiency and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
* Ability to work shifts and perform under pressure.
2. Cargo Import
Candidates in this position will handle the systematic breakdown of import cargo, ensuring that all airline standards and IATA regulations—including those for dangerous goods—are strictly followed.
* Execute cargo acceptance and breakdown procedures according to SOPs.
* Handle special cargo categories (perishables, live animals, dangerous goods).
* Maintain accurate records within COSYS and TPS Online systems.
* Manage reporting of irregularities or damage to ensure asset protection.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Possess an active forklift license (FLT) and a valid driving license (SIM A).
* Knowledge of IATA regulations and airline product standards.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in SITA communications and Microsoft Office.
3. Flight Coordinator
As a Flight Coordinator, you serve as a vital link between flight planning and ground operations, ensuring that every flight operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with aviation law.
* Create and optimize flight routes in collaboration with flight planning departments.
* Maintain clear communication channels with air traffic control (ATC) and flight crews.
* Perform performance calculations to ensure aircraft weight and balance limits.
* Monitor weather patterns and industry updates to ensure operational success.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with at least one year of aviation industry experience.
* Must possess an active Flight Operations Officer (FOO) license.
* Familiarity with IATA SGHA standards is considered a significant advantage.
