Candidate Qualifications
* Fresh graduates holding a minimum of a D4 or S1 degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Product Technology, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases, or Plantation Crop Production Management.
* Readiness to complete a rigorous 6-month specialized training program.
* Willingness to fulfill a 2-year official service commitment (ikatan dinas) upon graduation.
* Complete physical and mental readiness for field placement across East Kalimantan and West Kalimantan.
