## The Role: HRGA Site Specialist
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HRGA Site Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all on-site administrative functions, facility management, asset tracking, and general affairs services operate with maximum efficiency, full regulatory compliance, and seamless support for our plantation operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing two core pillars of site management:
1. Human Resources Management
* Personnel Administration: Overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job transitions, promotions, demotions, and offboarding processes.
* Workforce Oversight: Monitoring attendance records, maintaining workplace discipline, and ensuring all labor documentation aligns with company policy and legal standards.
* Integrated Communication: Serving as the essential link between plantation site management, the Jakarta Head Office, and external stakeholders regarding HR requirements.
* Reporting: Developing periodic evaluation reports to track HRGA performance metrics and site improvements.
2. General Affairs (GA) Oversight
* Facilities Management: Supervising mess hall operations, including occupancy levels, cleanliness, site security, and general comfort for our personnel.
* Logistics & Assets: Managing company vehicles, performing inventory audits, and handling tax obligations for the fleet.
* Maintenance: Monitoring the utility and maintenance of operational equipment and plantation facilities.
* Service Excellence: Acting as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring that feedback is addressed promptly to improve overall site services.
## Professional Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Law or Human Resource Management.
* Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a similar HRGA or administrative capacity.
* Adaptability: A firm willingness and readiness to be stationed at our plantation sites in West Kalimantan.
