## Seeking Professional Talent: Laboratory Analyst Position

This role is essential for ensuring that our water management processes and environmental impacts remain strictly within regulatory and quality standards.
Core Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the technical expertise and attention to detail required to maintain a high-functioning laboratory environment. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 2.80 on a 4.00 scale.
* Professional Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of hands-on experience in a laboratory analysis setting.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of HSE management, environmental impact analysis, water sampling techniques, quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), and laboratory equipment operation.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of analytical and administrative tasks, including:
1. Environmental Monitoring: Collecting and analyzing wastewater samples from PT KIM’s treatment facilities and industrial partners.
2. Water Quality Assurance: Evaluating the quality of clean water sourced from third-party providers and industry intake points.
3. Laboratory Maintenance: Overseeing the inventory and usage of laboratory chemicals, conducting equipment calibration, and performing internal maintenance.
4. Reporting and Documentation: Preparing daily and monthly reports, as well as compiling detailed analyses for submission to relevant regulatory authorities.
5. Operational Support: Executing additional technical tasks as instructed by the Department Head and Division Head.
