## Program Overview: Commercial and Supply Chain Management Trainee
We are currently seeking high-potential graduates to join our Commercial or Supply Chain teams across Indonesia as part of the Kenvue Management Trainee Program. This intensive 18-month roadmap is designed to fast-track your career through specialized training and strategic placement.
The Development Roadmap
The program consists of a 5-month accelerated learning phase followed by a 56-week operational placement. Participants will rotate through Marketing, Sales, or Supply Chain functions, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of our business ecosystem.
The development journey is broken down into three critical phases:
* Months 0–5 (Foundational Growth): An intensive learning phase focused on absorbing core business operations and institutional knowledge.
* Months 6–12 (Practical Application): Trainees transition into active roles, applying their classroom learning to real-world business challenges.
* Months 12–18 (Performance & Transition): A final push where trainees are expected to deliver consistent, high-impact results, culminating in a transition to a permanent, full-time role within the organization.
Throughout this process, participants benefit from hands-on training, challenging assignments, and direct mentorship from our senior leadership team.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for agile, self-motivated individuals ready to make a significant impact. To qualify for the Kenvue Management Trainee Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Currently studying or possessing an undergraduate degree in Management, Business, Communication, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Graduation Status: Must have graduated by October 2023 (confirmed by a Graduation Letter) or possess no more than two years of full-time professional experience.
* Academic Excellence: A strong academic record with a GPA higher than 3.3.
* Leadership Potential: Proven ability to lead, demonstrated through extra-curricular activities, academic projects, or previous work experience.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
* Core Competencies: A strong analytical mindset, expert problem-solving skills, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
