## Human Resources Officer Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Karawang. This role is pivotal in maintaining our operational excellence by managing the end-to-end payroll process and providing essential administrative support to the Head of HR.
Core Responsibilities
* Payroll Administration: Calculate and process salaries in strict compliance with company regulations and national labor laws.
* Data Management: Collect and verify attendance, absenteeism, and variable allowance data to ensure payroll accuracy.
* Compensation & Benefits: Manage medical claims, employee loans, overtime calculations, business trip allowances, and bonuses.
* Compliance & Tax: Oversee income tax deductions (PPh), BPJS (Social Security) registrations and contributions, and reconcile payroll data.
* Administrative Support: Maintain comprehensive employee records and assist the HR leadership with monthly and periodic reporting.
* Outsource Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for overseas outsourced payroll service providers.
## Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this position, candidates must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a meticulous approach to data.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.

* Soft Skills: Exceptional time management, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
