1. General Qualifications
* Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI).

* Must be in optimal physical and mental health.
* Must possess a valid Diploma Certificate or a Temporary Graduation Letter (SKL).
* D3 Graduates: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 with a study program accreditation rating of at least "Very Good" (Baik Sekali / B) from BAN-PT or authorized institutions.
* D4/S1 Graduates: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 with a study program accreditation rating of "Excellent" (Unggul / A) from BAN-PT or authorized institutions.
2. Age Restrictions (As of August 20, 2025)
* Diploma 3 (D3) Candidates: Minimum 20 years old, maximum 27 years old.
* Diploma 4 / Bachelor (S1) Candidates: Minimum 21 years old, maximum 30 years old.
3. Height and Physical Standards
* D3 Conductor: Male minimum 163 cm; Female minimum 160 cm (both with proportional weight).
* D3 Assistant PPKA & Train Driver: Male minimum 163 cm with proportional weight.

* Demonstrate good personal conduct with no history of piercings (for males) or tattoos.

* Never convicted of a criminal offense by a legally binding court decision.
* Never dishonorably discharged or separated from KAI Group, affiliates, or any other institution due to disciplinary sanctions or early retirement requests.
* Must not be married to an active employee of PT KAI at the time of hiring.
* Must agree to participate in all recruitment stages and successfully pass the competitive selection process.
