## Position Overview: Production Officer
As a Production Officer, you will serve a vital function in maintaining the seamless execution of daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
* Process Oversight: Monitor daily manufacturing workflows closely, identifying operational bottlenecks or discrepancies, and implementing swift, corrective actions.
* Audit Compliance: Coordinate and execute corrective maintenance plans derived from internal and external quality audits.
* Data-Driven Optimization: Generate comprehensive manufacturing reports, analyze operational data accurately, and spearhead initiatives to boost overall output and productivity.
Candidate Qualifications
* Gender & Age: Open to male and female candidates up to 40 years of age.
* Educational Background: Must hold a Pharmacist Professional Degree (Apoteker) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi).
* Academic Achievement: Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.75, with a maximum study duration of 6 years.
* Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work in a rotational shift schedule.
* Work Location: Based at the PT Konimex headquarters in Solo (Sukoharjo, Central Java).
