Essential Qualifications

3. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with laboratory measuring instruments, such as calipers, analytical balances, and vacuum testing equipment.
4. Analytical Skills: A solid understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts, particularly the use of control charts for volume monitoring.
5. Soft Skills: An impeccable eye for detail, high levels of focus, and strong sensory acuity (visual and physical) to detect anomalies.
