We are currently recruiting for the following specialized roles to support our ongoing projects and corporate growth:
1. Project Manager (Code: LRPS040)
* Location: Project Site (DKI Jakarta)
* Core Responsibilities: Planning, managing, supervising, and controlling all project resources and execution phases. You will serve as the primary liaison with clients to ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards.
* Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
* Priority given to candidates possessing an "Ahli Madya" certification.
* Preference for those holding KEMENHUB railway inspection and maintenance certification.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Sales Staff (Code: LRPS112)
* Location: Head Office (Bandung)
* Core Responsibilities: Managing product and service sales while executing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
* Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
* Minimum 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Proficiency in English is mandatory.
* Competence in drafting RAP (Budget Plan), RAB (Budget Estimates), and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
* Excellent interpersonal and professional communication abilities.
3. Drafter Staff (Code: LRPS070)
* Location: Head Office (Bandung)
* Core Responsibilities: Producing technical, shop, detailed, and as-built drawings. You will also manage and archive technical documentation in accordance with internal corporate standards.
* Required Qualifications:
* Diploma (D3) in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering Physics, or Informatics Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Drafter (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Expertise in AutoCAD and relevant design software is required.
* Deep understanding of technical, shop, detailed, and as-built drawing standards.
* Ability to review vendor technical documents and provide expert input on design specifications and engineering standards.
