PT Lion Wings is currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill several key positions based at our facility in Cakung, East Jakarta.
1. Quality Control Staff (Liquid)
The Quality Control Staff ensures that all premix operational activities adhere to strict quality standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor mixing processes and provide status updates on premix materials.
* Document analysis results and maintain semi-finish inspection logs.
* Manage laboratory equipment calibration and laboratory reagent inventory.
* Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies.
* Enforce 5S and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Prior experience in FMCG laboratory analysis or Quality Control.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Cloud-based file management, and SAP.
* Familiarity with CPKB and PKRT regulations.
2. Senior General Affair Staff
The Senior General Affair Staff handles critical facility and administrative operations to ensure seamless company functioning.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee facility management, security operations, and office equipment procurement.
* Manage company permits, business licenses, and import documentation.
* Coordinate expatriate permits and collaborate with relevant government authorities.
* Maintain accurate documentation and resolve general affair issues in a timely manner.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Civil Engineering, or a related field (GPA min 3.00/4.00).
* At least 5 years of experience in General Affairs within a manufacturing or FMCG setting.
* Expert knowledge of Indonesian regulations regarding business licensing and import procedures.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. PPIC Staff
The Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff is responsible for optimizing production schedules to meet delivery targets.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop sales forecasts and production plans for buffer stock.
* Calculate raw material and packaging requirements for a 3-month horizon.
* Coordinate with Marketing, QC, RND, and Purchasing departments to ensure alignment with ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018 standards.
* Review production planning performance metrics.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management (GPA min 3.00/4.00).
* Fresh graduates or candidates with 2 years of experience in FMCG PPIC are encouraged to apply.
* Proficient in MS Excel and SAP/ERP systems.
