PT Madhani Talatah Nusantara is currently seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of IT Technical Support Officer. This position is vital to maintaining operational efficiency and communication continuity across various active project sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on communication radio hardware and software.

Candidate Requirements
* Education: Minimum of an Associate Degree (Diploma 3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience working in IT Technical Support, Helpdesk operations, or managing Handheld Transceiver (HT) Radio systems.
* Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of installing, maintaining, and repairing IT hardware, software, LAN/WAN/FTP networks, and HT radio equipment.
Certification: Must hold a valid Pengawas Operasional Pertama* (POP) certificate.
