Recruitment Officer: Role Requirements
To support our rapid growth and ongoing project demands, we are looking for a qualified professional who meets the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Professional Experience: At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment.
* High-Volume Expertise: Proven track record in managing mass recruitment processes.
* Reporting Proficiency: Ability to compile and finalize daily reports regarding mass recruitment activities.
* Technical Skills: Advanced computer literacy, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
* Operational Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, behavioral-based interviewing, and administrative documentation.
* Assessment Tools: Competent in the administration and management of psychological testing tools.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities, combined with a systematic and detail-oriented approach to work.
* Mobility: Readiness to operate in a high-mobility environment.
