## Current Opening: Warehouse Staff
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Staff member to oversee logistical efficiency and material management. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our production inputs and ensuring smooth supply chain operations at our facility.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring strict adherence to international quality standards. Your core duties will include:
* Inventory Management: Execute the intake, storage, and distribution of raw materials while strictly applying FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols.
* Accuracy Control: Maintain stock precision by performing regular stock opname and cycle counts.
* Compliance Adherence: Ensure all storage procedures align with SOP, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and OHS (K3) regulations.
* Team Leadership: Supervise forklift operators and general workers, assigning daily tasks to optimize operational workflow.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that meets internal company KPIs.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with the PPIC, Purchasing, Production, QA, and QC teams to address material requirements.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records and generate comprehensive reports regarding inventory activities and discrepancies.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Female, holding a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of related experience is preferred, though highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
