1. Finance Officer
Location: Cilandak, South Jakarta
As a Finance Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. This position requires a meticulous professional capable of managing complex transactions and ensuring seamless reporting to our global headquarters.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and maintain all account transactions within the SAP system.
* Perform comprehensive reconciliations and input journal entries.
* Manage cost accounting calculations and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Coordinate directly with Mitsubishi Chemical Group (MCG) HQ in Japan for timely data submission.
* Facilitate financial and tax audits, including inventory stock-takes and fixed asset verification.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
* 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a finance-related role.
* Full professional proficiency in English (Written, Speaking, and Listening).
* Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools.
* Deep understanding of cost accounting and standard accounting principles.
2. Marketing PET Officer
Location: Cilandak, South Jakarta
The Marketing PET Officer is essential to our supply chain and customer satisfaction strategies, managing the flow of raw materials and the distribution of our final products.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the importation of primary raw materials.
* Manage product delivery schedules for both domestic and international export clients.
* Ensure all departmental targets meet the company’s rigorous quality standards.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
* At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
