## Available Positions
1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in our assembly lines, ensuring that every unit meets our rigorous manufacturing standards.
* Execute daily production activities in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Maintain and uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and product quality.
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent, specializing in Automotive Engineering, Machining, Industrial Electronics, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing environment; however, high-potential fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in using precision measurement tools, including vernier calipers and micrometer screws.
* Safety Awareness: A deep understanding of industrial safety protocols is mandatory.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
* Location: Must be willing to work at our facility in Kaliabang, Bekasi.
2. Quality Control (QC) Operator
The Quality Control team acts as the final gatekeeper for our excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting components and ensuring that our output consistently aligns with Isuzu’s global quality benchmarks.
* Conduct systematic quality inspections on production outputs based on company-defined SOPs.
* Document findings and maintain technical documentation related to quality assurance.
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent in Automotive Engineering, Machining, or Industrial Electronics.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in automotive manufacturing; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.).
* Specialized Knowledge: Working knowledge of 3D design concepts and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) is highly advantageous.
* Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills.
* Location: Must be willing to work at our facility in Kaliabang, Bekasi.
