## Available Career Positions and Technical Requirements
1. Instrument Engineer (Position Code: AIE05)
The group is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee instrumentation systems and technical documentation.
* A minimum of 7 years of professional experience as an Instrument Engineer within the Oil & Gas, Palm Oil, or general process industries.
* Proven expertise in developing comprehensive engineering documentation, including datasheets, technical calculations, detailed drawings, and control narratives.
* Strong proficiency in selecting field instruments such as gauges, transmitters, switches, and Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) systems.
* In-depth understanding of control system architectures, specifically PLC and DCS, regarding both selection and operational logic.
* Advanced capability in performing basic sizing for common instruments, including control valves, flow elements, and Pressure Safety Valves (PSV).
* Experience in reviewing vendor and contractor documentation with the ability to provide precise technical feedback.
* Readiness to manage multiple projects simultaneously and conduct site visits for survey or supervision purposes.
* Excellent coordination skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
2. Electrical Engineer (Position Code: AET08)
This role focuses on the design and oversight of electrical infrastructure for large-scale industrial construction projects.
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
* A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering for industrial construction projects.
* Comprehensive knowledge of national and international standards, including PUIL, SNI, and relevant global benchmarks.
* Previous experience working within the framework of a contractor or as a supervisory consultant.
* Candidates who are currently not bound by existing employment contracts are preferred.
3. Project Control (Position Code: APC10)
MIPCON Group requires a detail-oriented individual to manage project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Control role, specifically within the EPC sector, focusing on Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
* Deep understanding of project management life cycles, including cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
* Mastery of industry-standard project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent control tools.
* Ability to generate clear, data-driven project control reports and present performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
* Superior verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal multidisciplinary teams.
4. Mechanical Engineer (Position Code: AML11)
The group is looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to ensure the structural and operational integrity of industrial plant designs.
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in construction, with a strong preference for industrial plant construction backgrounds.
