Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this leadership role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

* Age: Between 20 and 28 years old.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; however, candidates with at least one year of experience in fast food, F&B, or food retail will be prioritized.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage team dynamics effectively.
* Work Ethic: Must be hardworking, resilient, and capable of working under pressure.
* Availability: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
* Personal Traits: High levels of discipline, strong teamwork skills, and excellent physical and mental health.
* Readiness: Must be available to join the team immediately.
