This position is designed for a meticulous financial professional who will manage daily accounting operations, corporate tax compliance, and cash flow tracking from our South Jakarta office.
Key Responsibilities
* Compile, verify, and submit monthly and annual Value Added Tax (VAT) and Income Tax reports.
* Record all incoming financial transactions (Bank Receipt Vouchers) and outgoing transactions (Bank Disbursement Vouchers) using the Accurate accounting system.
* Manage head office petty cash funds, verify employee reimbursement claims, and perform routine cash reconciliations.
* Process vendor invoices and other corporate payments, ensuring all underlying supporting documents are complete and compliant.
* Recapitulate operational data, including discharge, throughput, and tenant overtime hours.
* Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
* Generate and distribute invoices and official receipts to tenants.
* Document purchase orders and track the progress of project funding realizations.
* Prepare and submit weekly cash flow updates to corporate management.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting, bookkeeping, and tax processing.
* Thorough understanding of standard corporate payment workflows and internal controls.
* Solid capability in recording journal entries for diverse business transactions.
* Proven familiarity with professional accounting and journaling systems.
* Strong working knowledge of local tax regulations, including VAT and Income Tax (Articles 21, 23, and Final Tax).

2. Terminal Operator (Job Code: Operator Samarinda)
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Operator to handle terminal logistics, product transfers, and basic maintenance at our Samarinda facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute the safe loading and unloading of fuel products to and from transport trucks and cargo vessels according to customer schedules and company safety protocols.
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records for the Daily Inventory Report.
* Log logistical data regarding product transfers and coordinate directly with tenants to inspect and verify incoming and outgoing transport vessels and vehicles.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and hazardous-free work environment in all operational areas.
* Support the engineering team by participating in preventive maintenance programs for terminal machinery and infrastructure.
* Safely operate and monitor pumps, valves, and auxiliary terminal equipment as required by daily workflows.
* Attend all scheduled technical, operational, and safety training modules provided by the company.
* Execute health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site, compiling both daily and monthly HSE reports.
