## Current Openings: Production Department
We are currently looking for skilled individuals to fill critical roles within our production facilities. If you are detail-oriented and committed to industrial safety, these positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute to a renowned manufacturing entity.
1. Production Operator – Cutting
In this role, you will play a vital part in our glass processing operations, ensuring precision and quality at the Cutting On Line stage.
* Execute glass cutting procedures with high accuracy at the Cutting On Line station.
* Manage the professional packing of glass products.
* Actively contribute to process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
* Strictly adhere to machine operation protocols and workplace safety standards, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Participate in mandatory training programs relevant to the position.
* Minimum education: High School diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Basic proficiency in computer operations.
* Clear vision: Must not wear glasses and must be free from color blindness.
* Flexibility to work in a rotating shift system.
* Physical resilience: Ability to perform effectively in environments characterized by heat, noise, and dust.
* Willingness to be based in Cikarang.
2. Production Operator – Forming
The Forming Operator is responsible for the critical transition of glass into its final, high-quality form, ensuring that production standards are consistently met.
* Manage the forming production of glass blocks, transforming pulled glass into finished, high-quality glass products.
* Monitor operational activities in the Forming area and identify root causes of potential defects.
* Implement quality and environmental management systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and technical training.
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) specializing in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar production role.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Clear vision: Must not wear glasses and must be free from color blindness.
* Readiness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
* Physical capacity to work in challenging environments involving heat, noise, and dust.
* Placement: Cikarang facility.
