* Professional Experience: Proven track record in building construction projects, with preference given to those with prior experience in BUMN (State-Owned Enterprise) projects.
* Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of MEP systems and the ability to accurately interpret and utilize building working drawings.
* Field Capability: Competence in supervising and managing MEP installations on-site.
* Geographic Flexibility: Willingness to be assigned to any of PT Nindya Beton’s operational areas across Indonesia.
