## Role Overview: Warehouse Staff
The Warehouse Staff position is vital to maintaining the seamless flow of INACO’s supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulous documentation and inventory oversight to ensure that global and local distribution standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Documentation Audit: Reviewing previous day’s shipping documents, including purchase orders and quantity verification.
* DPH Reconciliation: Cross-referencing delivery quantities on issued invoices against the Daily Delivery List (DPH).
* POD Management: Processing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and managing Goods Issue (GI) cancellations to ensure all shipping records are complete.
* Order Adjustments: Handling Delivery Order (DO) rescheduling for shipments that were not successfully delivered on the initial attempt.
* Inventory Reporting: Conducting final checks on remaining stock listed on the DPH, verified against processed invoices and PODs.

Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
* Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SAP software is considered a strong advantage.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities, high self-discipline, and a proven capacity for effective teamwork.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on-site at the company’s facilities in Bekasi, West Java.
