## Vacancy: Formulation Operator (Daily Worker)
We are currently looking for a dedicated Formulation Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring our product quality meets the highest industry benchmarks.
Key Qualifications
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Pharmacy.
* Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in a similar role.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of formulation processes, ingredient mixing, and the operation of pilot-scale and laboratory equipment.
* Data Integrity: Proven ability in precise measurement, weighing, and detailed documentation of experimental data.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

* Preparation: Accurately preparing raw materials according to strictly defined formulas.
* Execution: Managing the formulation process and producing product samples to support development.
