We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team at our Head Office in Pos Pengumben, West Jakarta. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of our internal operations and ensuring the well-being of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with managing critical HR workflows and documentation, including:
* Administrative Oversight: Managing the receipt, distribution, and systematic filing of both internal and external company documents and correspondence.
* Attendance Management: Preparing, validating, and reporting on employee attendance penalties.
* Disciplinary Processes: Drafting and distributing official disciplinary documentation, including warning letters and formal reprimands.
* Benefits Administration: Overseeing the processing and management of employee medical claims.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants should meet the following professional criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience working in a Personalia/HR staff position.
