* Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
* Industry Adaptability: A genuine willingness to learn and understand field-level operational dynamics, specifically within fish farming and aquaculture.

## Key Responsibilities
As an Accounting team member at our breeding center, your day-to-day duties will directly influence our operational efficiency and strategic growth. Your core responsibilities include:
1. Financial Recordkeeping: Accurately recording daily transactions and assisting in the preparation of comprehensive financial statements.
2. Cost Accounting: Calculating intricate cultivation costs—including feed, seeds, and general overhead—alongside precise Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) computations.
3. Asset & Inventory Monitoring: Routinely monitoring inventory levels and biological assets, specifically tracking fish populations across various ponds.
4. Partnership Management: Managing financial records for partnership programs, profit-sharing models, and stakeholder distributions.
5. Cost Control & Variance Analysis: Executing strict cost-control measures and analyzing operational variances to identify efficiency gaps.
6. Profitability Reporting: Developing detailed profit reports broken down by individual ponds and complete production cycles.
7. Management Support: Providing reliable financial data and insights to support executive decision-making processes.
