* Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Age range: 18 to 30 years old.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).

Educational Background
Applicants must hold a D3 or S1 degree in one of the following fields:
* Engineering: Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Physics, Welding, Heavy Equipment/Automotive, and Environmental Engineering.
* Science & Tech: Informatics/Information Systems, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, and Agronomy/Horticulture.
