* Specific Qualifications: Minimum SMK graduate; willing to undergo physical/mental training; willing to be deployed at any PST job site; driving proficiency is highly preferred.
2. Fresh Mechanic Program (FMP)
This program focuses on technical excellence in heavy equipment maintenance.
* General Qualifications: Male, aged 18–24 years; minimum height 163 cm; physically and mentally fit; single (unmarried); no tattoos or piercings.
* Specific Qualifications: SMK graduate in Heavy Equipment Engineering, Automotive, Electricity, or Light Vehicle Engineering; willing to undergo physical/mental training and be deployed at any PST job site.

Step 1: Registration and Validation
