## The Role: HR Generalist at PT QJmotor Industry Indonesia
We are seeking a versatile HR professional to manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver capable of balancing operational tasks with strategic employee development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth execution of all HR workflows. Core responsibilities include:
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end hiring process to attract top-tier talent.
* Payroll & Compensation: Overseeing accurate payroll administration and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits packages.
* Compliance & Administration: Handling all mandatory government reporting, including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, while ensuring full compliance with local labor regulations.
* Performance Management: Facilitating employee development programs, psychological assessments, and performance appraisals.
* Documentation: Maintaining precise HR records and fostering an organized workplace environment.
## Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of the Indonesian labor landscape and a passion for people management. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of proven professional experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar capacity.
3. Legal Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and industry best practices.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience utilizing HRIS systems.
5. Communication: Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
6. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities with a high level of integrity regarding confidential information.
