Administrative and Financial Roles
* Staff Admin Accounting / Finance (Code: ADM - Bekasi)
* Responsibilities: Manage periodic sales reporting and oversee sales administration and billing in compliance with company SOPs.
* Requirements: D3 degree in Management, Accounting, or Business Administration. Proficient in MS Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PIVOT). Experience in FMCG, retail, or building materials is preferred. Must be fully vaccinated.
* Staff Admin Gudang (Code: ADM LOG)
* Responsibilities: Handle shipping and receiving documentation, ensure procedural compliance in logistics, and maintain inventory accuracy.
* Requirements: D3 degree in any field. Advanced MS Excel skills. Must not be colorblind and must be fully vaccinated.
* Kepala Admin (Code: KADM)
* Responsibilities: Supervise the end-to-end process of sales orders, returns, and billing procedures.
* Requirements: D3 degree in Management, Accounting, or Business Administration. Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in billing, accounting, or sales admin. Must be willing to travel for business.
Warehouse and Operational Roles
* Kepala Gudang (Code: KALOG - Bali & Manado)
* Responsibilities: Coordinate inventory flow, manage warehouse organization, and supervise loading/dispatch operations.
* Requirements: D3 degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision. Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
* Operator Gudang / Helper (Code: WORKER)
* Requirements: SMA/SMK education (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering). Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
* Operator MP Officer - Value Added Service Officer (Code: VAS Officer)
* Requirements: SMA/SMK education. Must be target-oriented, honest, and possess strong communication skills. Must be fully vaccinated.
Logistics and Transportation Roles
* Supir Cargo (Code: DRIVER)
* Requirements: SMA/SMK education. Must hold a valid SIM B/B1/B2/B2 General license. Minimum 2 years of experience driving heavy or cargo vehicles. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is highly desired.
* Supir Forklift (Code: FORKLIFT)
* Requirements: SMA/SMK education. Must possess a valid SIO Forklift certification. Candidates must be physically fit and not colorblind.
