## Open Positions and Requirements

Healthcare and Education
* Paramedic: Candidates must hold a minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing, possess valid BTCLS and HIPERKES certifications, and maintain an active STR license.
* Teacher: We are seeking professionals with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Elementary Education (PGSD), Early Childhood Education (PGPAUD), or Religious Education.
Technical and Field Operations
* Field Assistant: Requires a minimum Diploma (D3) in Agriculture or Plantation studies with a comprehensive understanding of oil palm cultivation practices.
* GIS Supervisor: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geodetic Engineering, Geography, Soil Science, or Forestry. Proficiency in software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, ENVI, Matlab, and Global Mapper is mandatory.
* Survey & Mapping Officer: Requires a minimum Diploma (D3) in Geodetic Engineering, Geography, Soil Science, or Forestry. Applicants must be adept at handling survey instruments and familiar with software including ArcGIS, QGIS, and Global Mapper.
* Electrical & Mechanical Engineers: We are currently seeking qualified engineers to maintain and optimize our mill and infrastructure operations.
Supply Chain and Corporate Governance
* Warehouse Assistant: Candidates should hold at least a Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Administration, with a solid grasp of supply chain, inventory, and warehouse management mechanisms.
* Land Claim & Compensation Officer: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Social Studies, or Political Science. Candidates must be skilled in legal drafting and possess a deep understanding of land acquisition protocols.
* Operations Audit Officer: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture. Must be well-versed in RSPO and ISPO standards, as well as Quality Control procedures within the oil palm industry.
* Community Development Officer: Requires a minimum of a Diploma (D4) in Social Studies, Communication, or Law, with proven mastery of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
