Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the Residential Trainee position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum qualification of an SMK degree is required, specifically in Housekeeping or Cooking. Candidates with a Diploma in Hospitality (specializing in Housekeeping or Cooking) are highly preferred.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in housekeeping or culinary services.
* Professionalism & Soft Skills: We seek individuals who possess a pleasant appearance, maintain a positive attitude, exhibit excellent health, demonstrate a fast-response capability, and maintain a strong work ethic even under high-pressure environments.
* Global Exposure: Candidates should have international experience, either through academic pursuits or previous professional roles.
