Citra Borneo Indah (CBI) Group, in association with PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk., is proud to announce the opening of the Management Trainee (MT) Program Batch XXVII. This initiative is designed for talented fresh graduates eager to build a foundation in the palm oil industry through a structured 12-month development journey.
Available Management Trainee Tracks
We are seeking motivated individuals from diverse academic backgrounds to join our specialized streams:
* MT Estate: Open to candidates with at least a D3 degree in Plantation, Agriculture, or related fields.
* MT Mill: Open to candidates with at least a D3 degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology.
* MT Head of Administration (KTU): Open to candidates with at least an S1 degree in Accounting.
* MT Shipping: Open to candidates with at least a D3 degree in Logistics (KALK), Nautical Science, Technical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (ETO).
Core Requirements
To be considered for these prestigious roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Fresh graduate with a minimum D3/S1 degree in a relevant major.
* Minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Single (unmarried) status.
* Full readiness to participate in training programs at our operational plantation sites.
* Willingness to be stationed in our operational areas throughout Central Kalimantan.
## Program Structure and Recruitment Timeline
The development journey consists of an intensive three-month training period followed by nine months of On-the-Job Training (OJT), concluding with a mandatory service period. This program is open to the public, including graduates from any accredited university.
* Interview Schedule: October 21–22, 2026.
* Interview Venue: Politeknik LPP Yogyakarta, Special Region of Yogyakarta.
