Core Responsibilities and Daily Role Expectations
As a participant stepping into the Finance and Administration function, you will take ownership of critical operational duties that sustain branch efficiency and financial health. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Financial Control: Overseeing branch cash flow, tracking billing progress and Accounts Receivable (A/R), verifying payment requests, and validating proof of debt recognition.
* Banking & Cash Management: Conducting routine bank checks regarding vendor and customer disbursements while monitoring the physical cash position of the branch.
* Budgeting & Reporting: Generating comprehensive periodic performance reports and formulating the annual branch budget.
* Asset Oversight: Monitoring the maintenance standards, condition, and operational costs associated with public facilities and branch assets.
* Team Leadership: Directing and coordinating branch administrative personnel.
* Corporate Social Responsibility: Implementing CSR initiatives under the direct guidance of the Branch Manager.

## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
