1. Quality Control Staff
This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of product excellence.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Agribusiness or the Fresh Goods industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong communication, leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of ISO standards.
2. Cut Fruit Production Senior Associate
We are looking for a hands-on leader to oversee our production workflows.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electro, Mechanical, Food Tech) or related disciplines.
* Experience: 1–2 years in FMCG, specifically in a supervisory or coordinator role within Food and Beverage production.
* Skills: Certification in GMP and HACCP is highly preferred. Must be adept at data reporting, team management, and possess strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
3. Dry/Dairy Product Growth Specialist
Drive our market presence with strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from any major.
* Experience: At least 2 years in marketing, sales, or trade marketing within the beverage or snack industry.
* Skills: Detail-oriented, creative, target-driven, and highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
4. Finance Analyst (FMCG)
Maintain financial integrity through rigorous reporting and internal auditing.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in internal or external auditing; experience with Big 4 firms is preferred.
* Skills: Strong numerical skills, expertise in MS Excel and MS Visio, and a deep understanding of business processes and control activities. Travel to branch offices is required.
5. Tax Specialist
Ensure our fiscal compliance and optimize our financial strategies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Tax Accountant, Analyst, or similar. Possession of Brevet A & B certifications is mandatory.
* Skills: In-depth knowledge of taxation laws, experience with accounting software, and a track record of identifying tax savings. Experience in a tax consulting firm is a strong advantage.
