## Candidate Requirements

* Experience Level: Recent graduates or early-career professionals with no more than two years of work experience.
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Food Technology, Agro-Technology, or Animal Science).
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
