## Essential Application Requirements
To ensure the highest standard of safety and operational efficiency, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the desired position.
* Documentation: Submission of an updated CV, employment reference letters, valid national ID (KTP), family registry (KK), tax ID (NPWP), and the latest educational certificate.
* Specialized Qualifications:
* For Supervisors: Priority is given to candidates holding BNSP certifications such as POP or POM.
* For Drivers/Operators: Must possess a valid SIM BII Umum license.
* For Mechanics: Completion of the Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) is highly preferred.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on a roster system and be deployed permanently to the Weda Bay Nickel (WBN) site in North Maluku.
