## Open Positions: Operator Packer & Operator Pallet Mover

Job Responsibilities
* Execute product packing processes strictly according to company quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization within the designated workspace.
* Uphold the highest levels of workplace safety at all times.
* Operate Pallet Mover equipment with precision in accordance with established safety protocols.
* Transport materials efficiently and safely throughout the facility.
* Perform routine equipment checks and ensure the work environment remains orderly.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure our operations remain at the highest standard, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Physical Health: Must be in good physical and mental health.
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, high level of discipline, and a deep sense of responsibility.
* Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in a shift-based system.
* Certification (For Pallet Mover Only): Mandatory possession of a valid SIO license registered with TemanK3.
* Experience: Previous experience in packing or production roles is highly preferred. Understanding Occupational Health and Safety (K3) procedures is a significant advantage.
