## Current Opportunity: Flight Operation Officer (Dispatcher)
We are currently expanding our operations team and are looking for a dedicated Flight Operation Officer (FOO) / Dispatcher. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our flights are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with aviation regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Flight Preparation: Compile and analyze all essential data and regulatory information required for aircraft dispatch.
* Safety Compliance: Evaluate flight conditions to determine safety feasibility and file accurate ATC Flight Plans in strict accordance with industry regulations.
* Crew Coordination: Ensure all scheduled flight crews are fully informed and confirmed prior to departure.
* Operational Oversight: Supervise ground handling agents, coordinate with airport authorities, and maintain comprehensive flight operation manuals.
* Reporting: Generate accurate, timely monthly reports concerning flight operations to maintain documentation integrity.
Professional Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA), D3, or S1 degree.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience within the aviation industry.
* Licensure: Possession of an active Flight Operation Officer (FOO) license is mandatory.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and fluency in the English language.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for placement across any of the PT Sriwijaya Air flight routes, with a specific focus on TJQ, PLM, and DJJ.
